We are pleased to announce the upcoming exhibition of works by Stephen Page. The main inspiration for the work in 'Entities' comes from an interest in art and artefacts from throughout human history that reflect our changing relationship with animals.

Working from his studio in the Tanat Valley in Mid Wales, Page creates iconic sculptures which are cast in bronze through the lost wax process and finally coloured through the chemical process of patination in a variety of tones, hues and marble effects. Page exhibits nationally and internationally and his work is included in collections in the UK and worldwide.

We are excited to be exhibiting Suzanne Lawrence's latest body of work 'The Shape of Colours'. Whilst out painting, Suzanne spends time immersing herself into the landscape, listening to the sounds around her.  Often finding hidden flashes of colour within different natural objects. Her exhibition is about these exciting moments where you can see colour, pattern and line within the landscape.

Suzanne comes from a Norfolk farming family and has grown up with an ingrained understanding of the ever-changing weather on the local landscape. Throughout Suzanne's work, there's a constant sense...

We are very excited to announce our upcoming spring exhibition by Dafila Scott. With over 30 paintings to view, this exhibition includes a wide-ranging mix of Dafila's work over the past couple of years. From paintings of her Antarctic expedition in 2020, to fen and marshland landscapes closer to home. This exhibition promises to be an unmissable glimpse into Dafila's world.

We feel very lucky to be showing some of her paintings from her recent tour on the Ross Sea Voyage in February 2020, where she was able to observe and record the ever-changing landscapes, wildlife and ice formations....

North Norfolk, Moving Light,  Rachel Lockwood

This latest collection of paintings from Rachel really illustrates the love and understanding she has for her local wildlife and landscape. During the uncertainty of recent times, Rachel repeatedly sought the calming influence of the great outdoors. In her own words, “Nature helps me keep anchored to what is real. The last two years have been unpredictable and unsettling and with the current climate of uncertainty and recurrent bad news, keeping connected to nature really helps me cope. Nature is real and tangible in an unsettling and...

Robert is back!

Against the odds, during the first lockdown from March 2020 Robert Gillmor spent his time designing new screen prints. As many of you will know, Robert has had some serious health issues, resulting in a recent five month spell in the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital. However, with the help of his daughter Emily Gillmor and print technician Jo Stafford and, of course, the support of his wife Sue, these 12 special screen prints have finally been completed. Robert has had to find a new way to work and his strong sense of design and love of birds is ever present.

It is with great pleasure and a certain amount of excitement to announce Andrew's next exhibition here at Pinkfoot. As many of his collectors will know, since Andrew's diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease, he has been inventing new ways to paint to best fit his varying condition. Brush & Palette is the first collection of Andrew's work using this technique. Personally, I think this collections includes some of his best ever work, the immediacy and fluidity given by the palette knife allows Andrew to indulge in his passion for line and movement. Andrew's unique understanding of animals and how...
